I'm looking for something that will keep me warm in the cold indoor pool water. Will these help at all? Yes, they will. They work for swimming in hot or cold water, indoor or out. These keep the sun off of you, but are also cool enough in warmer weather. Sometimes I just use them when I'm going out and feeling sporty. I bought the black and worried about seeing through when wet. Absolutely no see-through. I wear with no underwear/bottom in the blazing sun with no problem.
